About Me

Julie Miller Grossman, MBA, RYT-200, TIYT I am an early childhood educator, music and movement instructor, registered yoga teacher (200 hours), certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, artist, and women and children’s activist. I currently work as a music and movement instructor, and preschool teacher’s assistant. Prior to pursuing my Master’s in Education, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts, where I studied musical theater and wrote a thesis on the role of performing arts in creating social change. An award-winning singer-songwriter and poet published in collaboration with the League of Minnesota Poets, I am currently writing and illustrating a children’s book, Domingo the Flamingo. A devout Catholic, I volunteer teaching children at my parish. I reside in Saint Paul with my husband, son, and yorkie.
